APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION STEPS
1- Send your abstract to firstname.lastname@example.org as word/doc format until September 1, 2023
2- Abstract evaluation process takes 1-3 days
3- If your abstract is accepted by referees, you will receive an acceptance mail
4- Conference program announcement day is September 6, 2023. Please follow our web page and download the program. Check your name and session from program
5- Conference program includes zoom id and password (for online participants)
6- Join conference via zoom in your session date/time and make your presentation
7- If you want to save your presentation as video program click on save button
8- Within 3 days after conference, we will send your certificates as PDF to your email. Please check your inbox or spam box
9- Full text submission is not mandatory in conference. We are able to publish only abstracts also. However if you want to publish full text in proceedings book you need to send your full text between September 20-23, 2023 to email@example.com as word/doc format
10- Conference proceeding book (with ISBN) publication date is October 15, 2023 (on web site)

SCOPE AND SUBJECTS OF THE CONGRESS
Our congress is open to "women" themed studies from all branches of science and disciplines.
Papers must be "women" themed
Congress Languages: English, Spanish and Russian
You can write and present your papers in one of the above languages
World Women Conference is accredited as International Scientific Congress
GUIDELINES FOR THE ABSTRACT STRUCTURE
The acceptable word range for the abstract is 300 – 350 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.
Your submission should be in English
Please add your academic title, email adress, ORCID (if you have), university name
We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion
GUIDELINES FOR THE FULL TEXT STRUCTURE
If your abstract is accepted you are encouraged to submit manuscripts between September 20-25, 2023
Final manuscripts must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept the submission of high quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental and theoretical work or research in all of the areas mentioned. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Full paper submission process
The full manuscript must be submitted as a MS Word document in .doc format (not as a PDF or .docx format) and named with author’s abstract number and name..

Manuscripts that do not follow this format will be rejected.
If the paper requires revisions after review, we will send it back to you with comments and you must send the corrected paper within one week.
Full paper reviewing process
All manuscripts will be subjected to double blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation
