Removing structural barriers to women’s success in science, technology and engineering is very important to achieve Gender equity and Women’s empowerment. When women have the tools and opportunities they need to thrive in the careers of their choice, everyone benefits. We have seen major progress in the last few years, as more and more women are entering underrepresented fields and being recognized for their work.
There are key questions. What are the strategies to achieve Gender equity? How about eliminating violence about women? Are we satisfied with the progress of women’s rights in every field? How to build a equal & just society involving different & diversified members of the community ?
Therefore, WWC2020 hopes to provide an interesting platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, professionals, policy makers and undergraduate, post-graduate students to share knowledge, exchange ideas and to establish academic relationships.
We welcome individual paper presentations, panel sessions, round table discussions, performances, short films and posters.
